EXPERIENCE THE FRINGE IN A NEW WAY . . .VOLUNTEER!
Volunteers are the cornerstone of the KC Fringe Festival. Each year the efforts of our volunteers are integral to the success of the Fringe. Volunteers assist with selling merchandise and concessions, operating our info and ticket booths at Fringe Central (Crown Center) and Fringe Binge, running the various theatrical venues, and in many other capacities.
Volunteer shifts are arranged in four-hour blocks. All volunteers are asked to sign up for at least 1 four-hour shift, and attend 1 pre-festival training session. You can volunteer for as many shifts as you like, but take time to enjoy some of the performances as well. During your shift we ask that you do not sit in on the performances, but return at a later time to participate in the shows.

• Tuesday, July 7th, 7:00 – 9:00pm, Arts Incubator, 115 West 18th St., Third Floor
• Saturday, July 11th, 2:00 – 4:00 pm, Arts Incubator, 115 West 18th St., Third Floor
• Wednesday, July 15h, 7:00 – 9:00pm, Arts Incubator, 115 West 18th St., Third Floor

We know it is by your efforts that our 2009 Festival will be a success. As our way of saying “Thank you” for your time and hard work, we offer several “Fringe Benefits.”

Fringe Bucks!! For every hour of time you donate to the festival, you will receive 2 Fringe Bucks, good to exchange for Fringe Festival show tickets. They can also be used during a Silent Auction held at our Volunteer Appreciation Party in the fall.
