DESCRIPTION
We need a description of some 35 words for publication in the printed program and the Web site. (If you'd like to give us a longer description to give us a better feel, please do so - but also be sure to give us the shorter one that we can use in promotional materials.)

Staging
Assume your set must fit through a standard-size door (30 x 80 inches) and that you must set-up and strike unassisted. You will have only ten minutes to set up and ten minutes to strike. Please rehearse setup and strike before your technical rehearsal. Minimal storage is available, but any available storage space is shared among performance groups. Fringe is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Plan to bring your set, costumes and props with you each day. Fringe does not supply set elements. Rigging is not possible.
**General Technical Information**
Performance date for the 2009 YOUth Fringe Festival is Saturday, July 25, 2009.
Application Deadline: Deadline for applications is May 15, 2009. Venues will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Signed Agreement: This application will be considered a legal agreement between you and the KC Fringe Festival. All performing companies agree to adhere to the laws of Missouri, the ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and the policies and procedures of the KC Fringe Festival. The KC Fringe Festival reserves the right to cancel any performances of companies not adhering to this agreement. ALL PERFORMERS must individually sign a waiver of liability form and provide a signed copy to the Fringe office. Failure to provide signed forms for all performers within 15 days before the Festival starts will result in cancellation of the show.
