KC Fringe Program Advertising Specifications

We're looking for sponsors as dynamic as we are!

Fringe is the perfect opportunity to engage with the progressive and intellectual people we draw out. We'll work with you to build a sponsorship package tailored specifically for your needs.

Annual Sponsorship - $2,500-15,000
KC Fringe does events throughout the year, with Mardi Gras, May-Hem Fashion, Freak de Fringe and more. If putting your mark on Fringe is right for you, this would be the way to do it. You will have your logo in our program, online presence, logos on shirts, radio play, sampling and couponing and what ever else we can work out.

Ticket Sponsorship - $2500
Be the main tag on the back of everyone's stub. Also, you will have space in our program and online acknowledgement.

Venue Sponsorship
Small Venue (up to 100 seats) - $500-750
Medium Venue (100-200 seats) - $750-1,000
Large Venue (200+ seats) - $1,000-2,500
We will give you exclusive presence at one of our venues, including lobby signage, logo in our program, online acknowledgement and show tickets. You will be encouraged to have on-site product display and sampling, couponing and almost anything else you can think of.

Special Event Sponsorship - $3,000-5,000
You will be welcome at our venue, which would include lobby signage, logo in our program, online acknowledgement, on-site product display and sampling, couponing and almost anything else you can think of.

Silent Sponsorship - $500-15,000
"Are you afraid to bring us home to mom?" If you would like to donate to the Festival and keep it anonymous, we can do that for you. We understand.

Fashion Sponsorship - $500-2,000
Be part of this standing room only scene. When this show is on people come out to see the wears and garments. We will give you presence at the venue, including lobby signage, online acknowledgement, sampling, couponing and show tickets.

Visual Arts Sponsorship - $250-1,000
Come view the pieces of others visions. We will give you signage presence at the venue, logo in our program, online acknowledgement and couponing.

Youth Fringe Sponsorship - $250-2,000
Come celebrate the Arts with our Youth. We will allow for limited presence at venue, logo in our program, online acknowledgement and show tickets.

Youth Scholarships - $250-1,000
Underwrite a scholarship for a Teen theatre group for the Festival. Just as the title says, you can underwrite a group of students to participate in the Fringe. We can speak with you during our review process for input into who is selected for your scholarship.
