Looking for a place to hold an event or put on a performance? We may just have a solution for you!
Fringe Central is located in the Crossroads at 1730 Broadway KC, MO 64111, just down the hill from the
new Performing Arts Center. Our goal is to helplocal artists grow and to
provide people with a budget-friendly venue for their event.

- 8x24' stage (configurable)

- Lights and Sound Rental available
- 16' tall ceilings
- Chairs for 150

Rental Rates

Arts Events
4 hrs - $50
12 hrs - $100 (noon - midnight) $10 hr for additional hr.
1 week - $400

Non Arts Events
4 hrs - $200
12 hrs - $400 (noon - midnight) $25 hr for additional hour

Set-up Fees:
Basic sound equipment; $30 set-up, $50 rental, Full sound rental, $75.
Basic light equipment; $25/$50 set-up, to be determined by needs; $50 rental.
Stage movement; set-up/re-arrangement; $60 to $80, to be determined by needs.
Pipe and Drape/ chairs/ tables/ etc. $60 set-up; rental, to be determined by needs.
Staff fee of $15 per hour (payable directly to the staffer).
One half of rental fee is due at signing of Rental Agreement, (non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hrs before the event).
Set-up fees and staff fees are due at the completion of event.
