The 9th Annual KC Fringe Festival takes place Thursday, July 18 - Sunday, July 28.
Four of seven categories are currently available: Performing artists, Visual artists, Fashion artists, and Film artists.
YOUth, Teen and Experimental Music applications will be available soon!
