All about the '08 Fringe Festival:
What do I do?
First, check out the participants and scan the descriptions of shows. What looks interesting to you? Which venues are they in? What times do they perform? Plot out what you want to see, grab your friends and family, go forth and fringe! (We've left the '07 schedule up there to give you an idea. But check back soon to see what's coming up in '08.)
Fringe Admission Buttons
A KC Fringe Festival button is required for anyone buying a ticket. Buttons are on sale for $5 each at all box offices and performance venues during the Festival. Make sure to wear your button to all shows. Along with entry, your Fringe button allows you discounts at local business, restaurants, theaters and organizations. After the festival, keep your button and join our E-mail list to receive updates regarding discounts from local businesses throughout the year.
Button sales help to defray Festival expenses. 100% of the ticket sales are paid to the artists and venues.
Tickets
With your button, tickets are $5 for a single show ticket or $20 for a five-pack. Both buttons and tickets are available at all venues half an hour before each show, Or stop in ahead of time at the Crown Center Atrium and Fringe River Market (500 Delaware) from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, noon-8 Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and noon-5 Sunday.
